Appomattox Mitigation Bank

Appomattox Mitigation Bank was approved in July 2004 and encompasses approximately 410 acres in Amelia County, VA. Appomattox is located in the Middle James River Watershed and is approved to sell 118 wetland and 11,679 stream mitigation credits. Appomattox is approved to provide compensatory stream and wetland credits in the James River Watershed including HUC’s 02080203, 02080204, 02080205, 02080206 and 02080207.   Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
