Reedy Creek Mitigation Bank

Reedy Creek Mitigation Bank was approved in October 2013 and encompasses 500.83 acres of land in Dinwiddie County, VA. Reedy Creek is located in the Chowan River Watershed and is approved to sell 17.22 wetland and 20,208 stream mitigation credits. The Virginia Outdoors Foundation holds a conservation easement over the entire bank property.  Reedy Creek is approved to provide compensatory stream and wetland credits in the Chowan and Blackwater River Watersheds including HUC’s 03010201, 03010202, 03010203, and 03010204.  Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
