James River Mitigation Bank

James River Mitigation Bank was approved in October 1998 and encompasses 472.12 acres in Goochland County, VA. James River is located in the Middle James River Watershed and is approved to sell 208.01 wetland and 16,426 stream mitigation credits.  James River is approved to provide compensatory stream and wetland credits in the James River Watershed including HUC’s 02080203, 02080204, 02080205, 02080206 and 02080207.  Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
