Pamunkey Farms Mitigation Bank

Pamunkey Farms Mitigation Bank was approved in February 2009 and encompasses 2,028 acres in New Kent County, VA. Pamunkey Farms is located in the York River Watershed and is approved to sell 65.29 wetland and 30,382 stream mitigation credits, as well as 41.93 nutrient offset credits.  Pamunkey Farms is approved to provide compensatory stream, wetland, and nutrient credits in the York River Watershed including HUC’s 02080105, 02080106, and 02080107.  Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
