Buena Vista Mitigation Bank

Buena Vista Mitigation Bank was approved in April 2008 and encompasses 251 acres in King George County, VA. Buena Vista is located in the Potomac River Watershed and is approved to sell 65.77 wetland and 3,159 stream mitigation credits, as well as 86.275 nutrient offset credits. Buena Vista is approved to provide compensatory stream, wetland, and nutrient credits in the Lower and Middle Potomac River Watershed including HUC’s 02070010 and 02070010.  Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
